The
goal of Office Pilates is to design a flexible exercise program that
will cater to office building tenants and employees. Typically working
hours extend from 9:00 to 5:00, leaving little time for exercise.
While studies have shown that a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise,
three times a week, is recommended for good health, most Americans
simply can't find the time. To address this problem, we have developed
Office Pilates. |
